Indy (Gerard Butler)

Indy, a 75-pound bundle of love and cuddles, is ready to find his forever home! He's a master of snuggling on the couch or bed and enjoys gentle walks, especially on trails away from distractions. Loud noises like fireworks and close thunder can be a bit much for Indy, but with some support like CBD oil or a thunder jacket while leaning against you, he manages. He's not had much exposure to cats or small children, but he does wonderfully with teenagers and adults, though it may take a little time for him to feel completely safe. Indy has a delightful routine: he knows when it's bedtime, heads to his own bed with his blanket, and loves to be tucked in! He's also quite food-motivated, knowing to sit for his meals, and his ice cube obsession is sure to bring a smile to your face as he recognizes the sound of the ice machine. While he can be a bit rambunctious with toys, he's found that a slightly deflated size 5 soccer ball is his favorite, and he adores a good game of fetch with a tennis ball. Indy is also a gentle soul with puppies and shows great care when playing with them.

Ideal Home

Indy would do best as the only dog in the home, as he resource guards his food from other dogs. He thrives in a home with adults and teenagers who can give him the time he needs to feel secure.

Ongoing Health

Indy has been neutered, wormed, microchipped, heartworm tested, and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Indy knows basic commands and sits for his food. He enjoys fetch and chasing his soccer ball. He takes treats very gently.
