He absolutely adores attention and thrives on companionship, happily shadowing his favorite person wherever they go. Whether you're off on an adventure or settling in for a cozy evening, Dill Pickle is ready to be your devoted companion.
Dill Pickle is highly treat-motivated, making him eager to learn. He's a big boy with a lot of love to give, and he believes that personal space is just an invitation for more cuddles! After a good play session chasing tennis balls or exploring the neighborhood, he's content to relax by your side, soaking up affection and enjoying the simple pleasure of your company. He can settle himself when needed, but his greatest wish is to share his days with a loving family.

Ongoing Health
Dill Pickle is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, as well as flea and heartworm prevention and testing. He is also microchipped and has been spayed/neutered.
Training & Support
Dill Pickle is eager to please and responds well to treats. He is still learning about personal space and may need continued guidance as he settles into his new home. He's been socialized through playgroups and one-on-one time, and has had some leash training and basic command work. Families should understand that, like many rescue dogs, he will benefit from continued training efforts and patience.

Transporation
Dill Pickle is available for transportation in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN, and OH. Arizona is coming soon! Transportation fees range from $100-$500, with private custom transport routes available upon request at the adopter's financial responsibility. Texas adopters have a flat rate fee of $250 for transport within the state. Animals are transported in air-conditioned buses or vans with onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook event page. For those picking up at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee.
