Maddox

Maddox is a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois mix with a heart full of love to give. She and her sister Mel lost their world when their parents divorced, and overnight, Maddox's life changed. While Mel found her forever home, Maddox is still patiently waiting in Houston. Despite the upheaval, Maddox is a super sweet and almost perfect pup. She gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and children, happily sharing her foster home with a kitty and two young kids. She enjoys a good game of fetch, but her favorite pastime is simply chilling with her foster parents, enjoying her quiet space. Maddox is housebroken, crate-trained, and incredibly affectionate, making her an ideal companion rather than a high-drive working dog. She weighs 60 lbs, is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative, and is kept on ProHeart 12. Maddox loves to sunbathe and snuggle. The sudden change in her situation has been stressful, so she's looking for a home filled with plenty of love and affection.

Ideal Home

A home where Maddox receives plenty of love and affection. Yards MUST be adequately and fully fenced; electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Maddox is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is kept on ProHeart 12.

Training & Support

Maddox is housebroken and crate-trained. She is described as reserved and prefers her own quiet space.
