Jasper -Training Camp

Jasper is a handsome Bulldog mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He came to us after being found as a stray. Jasper was microchipped, which initially gave us hope of a happy reunion—but sadly, his original family had rehomed him and was unable to take him back. Now, Jasper is looking forward to a fresh start and a forever home of his own. This sweet boy is playful, affectionate, and highly motivated by treats and food—always a plus when it comes to bonding and training! Jasper enjoys going for walks and has the cutest prance and sway when he’s out and about. He is currently participating in an incredible prison training program through the Greyhound Advancement Center, which will allow him to gain important obedience training to help with his confidence and make him an awesome addition to a family. He will be completing this program in mid-July.

Ideal Home

Jasper prefers a calmer environment and can be selective with other dogs. Because of this, he would do best as the only dog in the home. An adopter with Bulldog experience—or at least an appreciation for their lovable stubbornness—would be a wonderful match for him.

Training & Support

Jasper can be strong on the leash, so someone confident handling a sturdy pup will be important. True to his Bulldog roots, Jasper has a determined streak and likes to do things his own way.
