Aza Lou is a roughly 5-year-old, 63 lb Pittie mix with a heart as big as her squishy body. This "land seal" is the ultimate couch companion, perfected in the art of cozy companionship, and ready to provide endless emotional support. She's not one for marathons, but she's a pro at sit-by-you snuggles and forehead kisses. Prepare to fall in love with her soulful brown eyes and her unique talent for making you laugh with her goofy, fish-out-of-water wiggles. She's the perfect blend of affectionate and independent, content to be near her humans without being clingy.

Ideal Home

Aza Lou would thrive in a home that appreciates a slower pace of life. She's adaptable and would be happy in an apartment, condo, or house with a backyard. She enjoys the company of other calm and collected dogs, but she's equally content as the sole furry recipient of your affection.

Ongoing Health

Aza Lou is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and is spayed with a microchip.

Training & Support

Aza Lou is crate trained, potty trained, and exhibits excellent house manners. She's a gentle treat taker and already knows "sit" and "shake." She walks nicely on a leash, perfect for leisurely strolls.

Aza Lou is currently in Texas and can be transported nationwide via the rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up locations are in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT.
