Bernice

Meet Bernice! This sweet 2-year-old, 25-pound Frenchie has a heart as big as her adorable ears. She is one of the most loving, gentle, and affectionate dogs you'll ever meet. Her favorite place is right next to her person, and if you're sitting down, don't be surprised if she reaches out to hold your hand – it's her favorite way to remind you just how much she loves you. Bernice came to us after being surrendered because of her medical needs. She arrived with a severe skin infection and suffering from chronic, untreated ear infections. Since coming into our care, Bernice has received extensive treatment and has made an incredible recovery. She greets every day with love, trust, and a wagging tail.

Ideal Home

Bernice would thrive in a home where she can be included as part of the family. She doesn't ask for much, just someone to love, a cozy place to nap, and plenty of time by your side.

Ongoing Health

Bernice will need to remain on her prescribed skin medications and a hydrolyzed diet for life to keep her feeling her best.
