Simon is a 9-week-old Great Pyrenees mix with a heart full of love and a desire to snuggle! He's already a charmer, always trying to fit into his foster mom's lap for some quality cuddle time. As he grows, Simon is expected to become a magnificent large-breed companion, embodying the classic traits of a Livestock Guardian Dog: he'll be loyal, devoted, intelligent, and independent. You can count on him to be calm, patient, and gentle, with a natural watchfulness that's protective without being aggressive. Simon thrives with space to explore and a sense of purpose, whether that's guarding his beloved family or simply keeping a watchful eye on things. Like all puppies, he'll do best with positive training and continued socialization, especially with a family that understands the needs of giant breeds. While he's a playful pup now, he's growing into the steady and affectionate companion that Great Pyrenees are known and loved for.

Ideal Home

Simon will thrive in a home with room to explore and a secure six-foot fence or secure livestock enclosures. Families with children aged 8 and up may be considered.

Ongoing Health

Simon has been neutered and is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Simon will thrive with positive training and continued socialization. A family that understands giant breeds will be key to his success.
