Tilley

Meet Tilly! This 3.5-year-old, 45 lb female is a delightful mix of Bloodhound and American Bulldog with a medium to high energy level. Tilly is a fun-loving and active girl who has settled in wonderfully in her foster home, coming all the way from Manitoba to find her forever family. She's social, playful, and always wants to be involved in what her humans are doing.

Tilly has been a sweetheart with dogs, cats, and people of all ages. She absolutely adores children and is gentle and loving with everyone she meets. She enjoys playing with other dogs and benefits from a companion, though she can be a little bossy, which is typical of bully breeds. With proper introductions and guidance, she does well in multi-pet households. She's curious about cats but usually respects them after her initial interest.

Ideal Home

Tilly will thrive in an active home that can provide daily exercise and mental enrichment. She would do best with a family that understands her playful, energetic nature and is committed to helping her continue to grow.

Ongoing Health

Tilly is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Tilly is currently working on her basic training, including commands like "sit," "wait," and "leave it." She's also still perfecting her house training skills. She's very food motivated and eager to learn, making her a joy to train. Patience with ongoing house training and guidance around resource guarding and separation anxiety will help her continue to succeed.
