Ozzy is a handsome German Shepherd born around September 2020. He came to us when his owner sadly passed away. Ozzy is a sweet boy who absolutely loves ear scratches and enjoys bike rides and long walks or hikes. He is obedient and eager to please once he understands what's expected.

Ideal Home

Ozzy would thrive in an active home that will continue his training. He's good with other dogs, generally preferring females, but a submissive male might work. We do not recommend him for homes with cats, small animals, or children under 10. He needs a secure, fully fenced yard to keep up with his active lifestyle.

Ongoing Health

Ozzy has a past trauma related to being abused with a hose, making him extremely scared of them. While bath time can be a chore, he's improving and enjoys being brushed and petted. He will likely never be completely comfortable with baths.

Training & Support

Ozzy is obedient and eager to please. Continuing his training will help him thrive. He's good with other dogs but prefers females.
