He's also house-trained and crate-trained, making him a wonderful addition to any home. Billy is a certified "velcro dog" who adores his humans and will happily snuggle up with you whenever possible, convinced he's still a lap-dog. He's an affectionate and loyal companion just waiting to share his endless snuggles and become your best friend.
