Banjo is a 5-year-old, 72 lb bundle of gentlemanly charm and adventure-ready energy! He's housebroken, crate-trained, and a certified expert at using a doggy door. Banjo loves to make a grand entrance wherever he goes, greeting everyone with a wagging tail and shining eyes. He's a social butterfly in public, happy to charm anyone he meets, and walks beautifully on a leash. When he's not out exploring, Banjo is a master of relaxation, enjoying couch time and surveying his yard. He's a smart, polite, and low-maintenance companion who is eager to please.

Ideal Home

Banjo thrives with someone experienced with larger dogs who can continue to reinforce his excellent manners. While he's a pro at ignoring other animals on walks, he prefers his own yard to be a "members only" zone and isn't a fan of unfamiliar animals wandering by. He gets along with most friendly dogs but prefers a small inner circle, especially when it comes to certain male dogs. Cats, pigs, and farm animals aren't his vibe, but he's indifferent to birds in the house.

Banjo is generally healthy and has had solid training.

Training & Support

Banjo is housebroken, crate-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He sits on command and is a great car rider. He's been trained to ignore other animals on walks and is focused on his person. He has mastered the art of relaxation and enjoys quiet evenings.

Transporation

Banjo is located in Mississippi and will be transported north once his adoption is finalized. There are no transport fees.
