Wera

Meet Wera, a 2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who weighs around 47 pounds. This sweet lady has the cutest ears and makes every day brighter just by being in it! Wera's favorite part of the day is when she gets to run free in the yard. She's incredibly fast and agile, sprinting across the yard with the biggest grin on her face. When she's not showing off her speed, she loves a good game of tug of war, chasing a ball, or curling up in a soft blanket after playtime. Plush toys don't always survive her excitement, but she's happy to trade them for a hard chew toy or another round of fetch! At home, Wera is a mix of energy and sweetness.

Ideal Home

Wera would be thrilled to have a playful companion in her new home and loves other dogs. She would do best with children 5 and up due to her excitement and energy, though she has been fantastic with younger children under adult supervision.

Training & Support

Wera is crate trained and does perfectly fine when left out during the day. She's doing great with potty training and leash manners and is making great progress. She's eager to please, especially if treats are involved, and already knows how to sit and is eager to learn more commands.
