Piper

Piper is a charming 3-year-old Pit mix who came to us as a stray. She weighs about 53 lbs and is a bundle of playful energy, ready to have fun with her new family! Piper is a smart cookie and knows how to sit on command, especially when treats are involved. While she's been friendly with everyone she's met, she can be a bit shy initially. She'll do best with a few introductions to ensure she feels comfortable, especially around children. Piper loves to be showered with affection and pets, but she also appreciates her own quiet time. She's a wonderful blend of cuddly and independent, and with a little love and patience as she settles in, she'll make a fantastic companion.

Piper would thrive in a home that can offer her love and patience. She may do best with a few meet-and-greets, especially with children, to help her feel comfortable.
