LAYLA

Layla is a striking Rottweiler with a reputation that precedes her, but don't let her intense gaze fool you! She was rescued from a shelter just before she was scheduled to be euthanized and, in a twist of fate, went into labor on the way to her rescuers. Sadly, none of her puppies survived. While she may not have been a natural mother, that chapter is firmly closed. Layla is now ready to move on and is excellent at being people-friendly and dog-friendly. She has a commanding presence that makes her look like a Marvel villain, but in reality, she's just a laid-back girl who wants a drama-free life. She's a solid and handsome Rottweiler who has overcome a lot and is looking for a home where she can be respected, her personal space honored, and where no one expects her to be a caregiver ever again. She's a strong woman with boundaries, and frankly, quite relatable.
