Bruno

Bruno is a 5-year-old male tricolor Beagle who will be turning 6 in May. He absolutely loves being outdoors and going for walks, considering them great fun! Bruno thrives on human attention and enjoys being around his people. He is great with children, currently living with a 4 and 7-year-old in his foster home and doing very well with them, though he doesn't actively play with them. Bruno generally gets along with other dogs. While he can sometimes be good with cats, it's not a guarantee, and any potential adopters with feline friends would need to work with him.

Ideal Home

Bruno would do best in a home where his barking when he's not with his people won't be an issue. He doesn't like to be left alone and will bark the entire time his people are away. A home where he can be with a person is ideal.

Ongoing Health

Bruno had a difficult start in life and sustained burns to part of his ear and the top of his nose. These injuries no longer cause him pain. He is up-to-date on vaccines and is neutered.

Training & Support

Bruno is housetrained and will signal when he needs to go outside by waiting by the door or barking. He is also crate trained, although he will howl initially when placed in the crate before settling down. To help him stay calm when left alone, crating is recommended.
