About Blair (Billie)

Meet Blair, affectionately known as Billie! This 16-week-old Lab/Pit mix is a bundle of fun with a big personality. She's bold, curious, sweet, and believes everyone is her friend. Billie was rescued with her siblings and they all had a skin condition that caused some hair loss, but they've fully recovered and her coat is growing back beautifully. She's always ready for an adventure, playfully climbs and jumps, and loves to "talk" to you. Billie is happiest by your side, your loyal sidekick. She's fantastic with other dogs and would likely do well with respectful children who understand puppy energy. She's smart, comes when called, sits for treats, and is working hard on potty training and crate training. Billie is also gaining confidence on the leash. She enjoys watching TV and will keep you laughing, smiling, and feeling loved. Billie will do best in a home where someone is around often to guide her and help her channel her big personality. She's expected to grow into a large dog, so a family ready to embrace her adventurous spirit is a must!

Ideal Home

Billie will do best in a home where someone is around more often than not to guide her, engage her, and help channel her big personality. A family ready to embrace her bold, adventurous spirit and keep up with all the fun she brings.

Ongoing Health

Billie and her siblings were treated for a skin condition that caused some hair loss. They have fully recovered and are in the healing phase as their coats grow back in.

Training & Support

Billie is smart and ahead of the curve. She comes when called, sits on command, and has a soft mouth when taking food. She is about 80% potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go. She is comfortable in a crate for short periods and has had no accidents during the night when sleeping in an open playpen. She is also doing well on leash and building confidence. Like any puppy, she will need continued structure, guidance, and consistency as she grows.
