Bean

Bean is a sweet and sassy Dachshund, born on December 2, 2019. She is a survivor of a puppy mill, but you wouldn't know it from her cheerful demeanor! While she may be a little shy at first, Bean quickly warms up and shows her affectionate side. She gets along well with men, women, and other dogs, especially those who are calm and not overly boisterous. Her love for food and treats is legendary, and she's already mastered crate training. She's also making great progress with housebreaking, though she's not quite perfect yet.

Ideal Home

Bean would thrive in a home with another calm canine companion and a securely fenced yard. She's still learning to walk on a leash, and as a Dachshund, she really appreciates her own space to do her business.

Ongoing Health

Bean has had a full health workup, including bloodwork, a dental check, and she has been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Bean is crate trained and is learning to be housebroken. She is also working on her leash walking skills. She's a quick learner and will blossom with continued patience and positive reinforcement.
