Bonnie

Bonnie is a sweet, shy 5-year-old female Lab/Pittie mix weighing about 60 pounds. She was found as a stray with her friend Clyde and has since blossomed in her foster home, showing a gentle and loving nature. Bonnie has a low energy level and enjoys lounging, sunbathing in the yard, and occasional brief play sessions with a ball.

Ideal Home

Bonnie would thrive in a quiet and patient home. She needs time to warm up to new people, especially men, but once comfortable, she's a devoted companion who loves to follow her humans around. A home with another dog is highly preferred, as she does well with other canines and enjoys their company. She has shown to be more comfortable around female dogs.

Ongoing Health

Bonnie is up-to-date on all vaccinations and is spayed. She is fully potty trained and has no issues with crate training, seeing her crate as a safe and comfortable space.

Training & Support

Bonnie is fully potty trained and does not have accidents indoors. She is also crate trained and settles down nicely without fuss. While she has shown a brief chase of a cat, she quickly stops when redirected and generally ignores them. She is still learning to trust men, so a patient approach will be key to building her confidence with any male figures in the household.
