Remi

Remi is a beautiful 10-year-old Akita who found herself looking for a new family after her previous one couldn't reclaim her. She's a loyal and affectionate companion, and once she feels comfortable with you, her silly and loving side truly shines through. Like many Akitas, Remi has a strong, independent spirit and can be a little stubborn at times – but that's just part of her charm! She's a devoted protector of her people and will bring a unique sparkle to your life.

Ideal Home

Remi would thrive in a home where she can be the sole focus of attention. She needs a family with experience and knowledge of the Akita breed, and she must be the only animal in the household as she is protective and would not do well with other pets.

Ongoing Health

Remi's adoption fee covers her spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea and dewormer treatment, and a heartworm test.

Training & Support

Remi's independent nature means she can be a bit stubborn. Her new family should be prepared to work with her on this, leveraging her loyalty to encourage positive behavior. Understanding and patience will be key to helping her settle in and thrive.
