Meet Harper, a delightful 2-year-old French bulldog mix who's ready to bring boundless joy and a whole lot of wiggles into your life! At 45 lbs, he's a perfect blend of sweet, friendly, curious, gentle, smart, playful, energetic, loyal, cuddly, shy, goofy, and funny. Harper absolutely loves his leashed walks, especially when he can proudly carry a toy along for the adventure. He's shown to be a good boy around other dogs and has remained unfazed by cats and other animals encountered on walks.

Harper is a high-spirited pup with a wiggly enthusiasm for engaging with people. His sweet demeanor and friendly nature are sure to brighten every single day. Sadly, Harper has had a tough start, ending up in a pound not once, but three times. Despite his past betrayals, he has maintained his joyful spirit and is hopeful that his next chapter will be his forever home.
