Ideal Home

Bo is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease, which is spread by mosquito bites. While he is on prevention and not contagious, he will require continued treatment with a veterinarian of your choosing, or he can be fostered with us until his treatment is complete. To ensure his recovery, Bo's activity will need to be restricted to avoid any complications.

Ongoing Health

Bo has tested positive for heartworm and has begun his pre-treatment. He will need ongoing veterinary care to complete his treatment protocol.

Training & Support

While Bo's needs are primarily health-related, any new dog thrives with patience, positive reinforcement, and a consistent routine.
