Lily

Meet Lily and Rita! These two adorable sisters are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Lily is a 1-year-old, 8 lb Jack Russell blend who is gentle, shy, and loves to snuggle. Rita is a 1-year-old, 9 lb Pug-Chihuahua blend who is cuddly, clever, and full of kisses. They are happiest when they are with each other and their humans, and they especially love to sleep close by their favorite people.

Ideal Home

Lily and Rita would be happy in any type of home, from an apartment to a single-family house, whether in the city or the country. They do well with other calm dogs of all sizes. Their foster believes they would likely do well with cats too, though they haven't been observed with them. They have not been around children yet.

Ongoing Health

This healthy pair is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed. They require monthly flea and heartworm preventatives and minimal grooming.

Training & Support

Lily and Rita are smart and eager to please. They are housetrained if let out frequently and have already learned a few tricks, with Rita even knowing how to sit for treats! They walk well on a leash and are good passengers in the car.
