Lex is pure joy on four bouncy paws! This loving Pitbull and Cattle Dog mix is always excited to meet new friends, whether they have two legs or four. She's the queen of zoomies, kisses, and tug-of-war, and her tail-wagging, smiling greeting will instantly melt your heart. Lex is a high-energy girl who loves to play hard, especially with dogs who enjoy a good romp. She's 56lbs of pure happiness and is great at reading other dogs' vibes, making her a considerate playmate. While she enjoys playing with both males and females, she seems to have a particular fondness for the ladies.
Ideal Home
Lex needs a home with a yard where she can run and play for hours. An active owner who is familiar with the energy and spirit of Cattle Dogs will be the perfect match for this "wild child." She's not yet kid-tested but is expected to do well with older children who can handle her playful exuberance. A home without cats is a must, as Lex can be too rough during play.

Training & Support
Lex's leash manners need a little work as she can get excited and pull a bit when meeting new people. She's a smart dog who will thrive with consistent training and guidance.

Transportation
Lex is located in Texas. Transport is available nationwide through our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A surcharge of $87 applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
