Angie is a delightful, approximately 4-year-old pittie mix, weighing around 56 lbs. She's affectionately known as a "little house hippo" due to her charmingly short and stocky build, perfect for cozy cuddles. With a shiny black coat and an adorable blocky head, Angie is a true lovebug whose face will melt your heart. She thrives on companionship and is content to simply be by your side, whether you're working from home, enjoying a movie, or relaxing. Angie is an exceptional snuggler, happy to be the little spoon on your bed.
Ideal Home
Angie would be happiest in a home with children around 6 years and older who can appreciate her gentle nature. She does need a home without cats, as she finds them too interesting.
Ongoing Health
Angie is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworm and treated if needed.
Training & Support
Angie is crate trained and has proven to be a well-behaved houseguest, able to stay in her crate for up to eight hours. She is quiet and generally well-mannered. Her foster has noted that Angie occasionally thinks shoes, magazines, and other items left out are for her entertainment. This is easily managed by keeping tempting items put away and crating her when unsupervised.
