Topper

Topper is an all-around great dog who checks all the boxes for the perfect family companion! He is guessed to be around three years old and weighs in at a solid 65lbs of pure love, with so much affection to give. He's already living his best life in a foster home with two adults, two children (ages 8 and 13), another large foster dog, and two feline friends. Topper is happily crate trained and house trained. He's very food motivated and walks nicely on a leash, though he can be a strong boy when excited. He has a medium energy level, enjoying playtime in the yard with a buddy, but he's also content to be a couch potato. Topper doesn't meet a stranger and is eagerly waiting to find his forever family!

Topper would thrive in a home that can offer him both playtime and cuddles. While he enjoys playing with other dogs, he can also be a couch potato. He has been successfully living with children ages 8 and 13, another dog his size, and cats, suggesting he could do well in a similar environment.
