Training & Support

Daphne is not yet house-trained, but with patience and consistency, she will surely learn! We recommend slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions with any resident dogs, after allowing ample time for decompression.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members, especially those under 18 and any decision-makers, should be present to meet Daphne.
• We can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets if you have a resident dog. Please bring proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog.

Transportation

Daphne is currently located at Chicago Animal Care and Control at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome daily from 12pm to 7pm. If you plan to adopt the same day, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can view animals until 7pm.
