Mildred

Mildred is a gentle, resilient girl who has already come a long way since coming into our care. She is dog-friendly, but would do best with a calm, respectful canine companion who understands personal space. Mildred was extremely underweight when she first arrived, but with proper care she has already gained healthy weight in just a few short weeks - a true testament to her strength and will to thrive. She is currently in boarding and would love the chance to rest and continue healing in a home environment.

Ongoing Health

Mildred is currently heartworm positive and is on medication as she begins her treatment plan. Due to her age and current health, she is not spayed yet, with a veterinary exception in place.

Training & Support

Mildred is still working on her journey to wellness and would benefit from a patient and loving environment to continue her healing.
