Lucy Lou is a 5-month-old sweetheart who weighs around 25 lbs. We believe she might be an American Bully mix, but with rescue, breed and age are always a guess! She has the most adorable freckles across her nose and soulful eyes that will melt your heart. Lucy Lou loves to give the best cuddles, often climbing onto your chest and settling in for a long hug. She has an old soul, is incredibly gentle, sweet, and affectionate. While other puppies her age might be causing a ruckus, Lucy prefers to find a cozy spot for a nap. Her foster jokes that she's always sleeping, and it's true she loves to snooze, often dreaming of snacks and her future family. When she's awake, she's happy to entertain herself with toys and doesn't need constant attention. She has an easygoing nature that makes her a wonderful companion who fits easily into your day.
Ideal Home
Lucy Lou is flexible and could thrive in a home with a backyard or an apartment. As long as she has people to love, toys, a comfy place to nap, and plenty of cuddles, she'll be a happy girl. We haven't seen her with children yet, but based on her gentle and affectionate nature, we believe she has the potential to be a wonderful family dog.

Training & Support
Lucy Lou is doing great with potty training, with a predictable schedule every three hours being her sweet spot. She sleeps through the night quietly and without any messes or destruction. She is also dog-friendly and cat-friendly, though she can be a little shy with larger dogs initially. We are willing to test Lucy Lou with anything you need to ensure a perfect match.

- The adoption fee is $1200 and includes all vetting, microchip, a Martingale collar, health certificate, and transport.
- A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.

Transporation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
