Scotty

Hello everyone! Meet Scotty! Scotty is an adorable 8-month-old Lab/Hound mix with a heart full of love to give. He was found by animal control and, unfortunately, found the shelter environment too overwhelming, quickly becoming euthanasia listed. Thankfully, Scotty's true personality blossomed once he arrived in his foster home. He absolutely adores his foster family and has happily declared his foster dad his favorite person! Scotty is already doing wonderfully with his foster siblings, ranging from tiny Pomeranians to large Great Danes. He's also amazing with young children and doesn't bother the resident house cats. Scotty is already house and crate trained, and he loves to be showered with affection, often forgetting he's a 40-pound bundle of joy. He's just a medium-sized, lovable baby ready to find his forever family!

Ideal Home

Scotty would thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of love and attention. He's already shown he's comfortable with dogs of all sizes, young children, and cats.

Ongoing Health

Scotty is fully vetted, including being neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm tested and on prevention, and on flea and tick prevention.

Training & Support

Scotty is house and crate trained. He loves to be loved on and is described as a "medium lovable baby," so be prepared for lots of cuddles!

• The adoption donation fee is $300, which is tax-deductible and supports the care of homeless pets.
• Once you have initiated contact through Wags, we will happily send you an application.
• After adoption, you will need to schedule a meet-and-greet with your new family member with your vet and provide them with the medical records.
