A little about them
Meet Aria, a silly, playful, affectionate Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler and Australian Shepherd mix who loves people, cuddles, belly rubs, walks, and being part of the action. This large, spayed, vaccinated girl is ready to become a loyal adventure buddy and loving best friend.
Aria is smart, eager to please, and highly food motivated. She is crate trained, has done well with her house training, and takes treats gently. She is still working on greeting manners and may jump up when excited. She can also bark and pull when she sees dogs on leash, though she has interacted well with every dog she has met off leash. Bath time is not her favorite activity.
Ideal Home
Aria enjoys other dogs, including both male and female canine friends. She would do best with older, respectful children who can participate in calm, positive, slow interactions. She is not suited for a home with cats or other small animals because of her strong prey drive, so she needs a cat-free home.
Ongoing Health
Aria is spayed and vaccinated. No medical conditions are reported.
Training & Support
Aria is learning every day and will benefit from continued guidance and consistency, especially with polite greetings and calm leash behavior.
