Charlie is a very smart, sweet, and loving boy who was rescued from an area of Houston, TX known for dog dumping. He was found by a good Samaritan and made safe. Charlie enjoys playing with other dogs and loves to play fetch. He's an active boy who would be thrilled to join you on any adventure. He's learned some cool tricks and will do just about anything for a tasty treat! Charlie is more than ready to find his furever home.
