Rex

Rex is a sweet and playful 1-year-old Pit Bull mix who came to us with a hip injury. He underwent surgery when he was younger, and you would never know he had any issues! Rex is full of life and loves making new friends, both human and canine. He's been a star on Doggy Day Outs, proving he can be a gentleman in public. Rex is eager to learn and would love a family to shower with unconditional love.

Ideal Home

Rex loves other dogs and has been a social butterfly on his Doggy Day Outs. He's still learning leash skills and household manners, so a home that can continue his training and provide consistent guidance will be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Rex had a hip injury that required surgery. He has fully recovered and shows no lingering effects from the injury.

Training & Support

Rex is working on his leash skills and household manners. Like all rescue dogs, he will benefit from continued training and socialization in his forever home. He is eager to learn and face new challenges.

Transportation

Rex is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
