Peter

Peter is a sweet, 10-week-old German Shepherd mix with a heart of gold and a clumsy gait to match! He was found with his mom and siblings, and we're estimating he'll grow to be a medium-sized companion, around 40-50 lbs. Peter is the quietest of his litter, often taking his time and happily going along with any plan. He's like a squishy teddy bear, asking for very little and offering endless devotion as a true companion!

Ideal Home

Peter is looking for an active family to join. He would do well in a home with or without other animals, including dogs, cats, and children.

Ongoing Health

Peter will be fully vetted by mid-July. This includes being up-to-date on all puppy shots, neutered, microchipped, and current on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Peter's foster mom has done a great job with his basic training. However, as a puppy, he will need continued training and a family ready for the commitment of raising a young dog. They are a lot of work and a lifetime commitment!

Transporation

Peter is available for meet-and-greets locally. He can also be adopted out of state after his vetting is complete to approved adopters. A transport fee would apply in addition to his adoption fee.
