Calix, a male puppy born on May 3rd, is a delightful mix of Shih Tzu, Pug, and Dachshund. Weighing around 3.5 lbs, this little guy is pure puppy joy! Calix and his brothers were surrendered by their previous owners in the South Texas area and have quickly blossomed into happy, social butterflies. He absolutely adores human companionship and is always eager to please, showing his excitement with the most adorable, full-body butt wiggles. Calix loves his toys, enjoys cuddling, and truly cherishes every moment of life. He's very well-socialized and would likely greet a burglar with a wagging tail and a request for pets and treats. He is also very motivated by food and is a big fan of treats!
Ideal Home
Calix is a young puppy who will need a patient and loving home ready to provide him with consistent training, appropriate exercise for his small body, and plenty of affection.
Ongoing Health
Calix is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention. He has also been de-wormed and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.
Training & Support
As a young puppy, Calix will require training, exercise, patience, and lots of love to help him thrive. He is very foot-motivated and food-motivated, which can be great assets in training.

Transporation
Calix is currently located in Texas. He can be transported to the Central US and the East Coast. Transport is available every 2-3 weeks to the following locations:
