Murphy

Murphy is an adorable schnauzer boy, about 20 months old and weighing 15 lbs. He might not be purebred, but he's got the schnauzer look down! Murphy can be a little overwhelmed by new things or loud noises at first, but he adjusts quickly and will become a cherished member of your family in no time. He gets along well with other pups and seems to be okay with cats too, as he hasn't shown any prey drive in his foster home. He would do well with gentle, older children, but we feel he's probably not the best fit for infants or toddlers. This is because he can get scared around sudden noises – he never gets aggressive, but we just don't want him to be frightened!

Ideal Home

Murphy would do best in a home with gentle, older children. He is likely to do well with other dogs and cats.

Ongoing Health

Murphy is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Murphy can be overwhelmed by new things or loud noises, but adjusts quickly. He has no prey drive and is house-trained.

Transporation

All of our pets are located in Houston, TX and will not be transported until adopted. You will get to video chat with the pup once/if your application is approved.
