Krissy

Hiya! My name is Krissy, and I'm a sweet, loyal, 1.5-2 year old female Shepherd mix who's ready to find my forever home. I recently came into rescue from a difficult situation, heavily pregnant and in need of a safe place to have my puppies. Thankfully, my foster mom provided just that, and now that my babies have all found their loving homes, it's my turn to shine! I'm an empty nester who's eager to live my best life with a family who will cherish me, play with me, and treat me as one of their own. I'm a smart girl and I love to learn, especially when treats are involved!

Ideal Home

I'd love a home with older kids (12+) who understand I'm still learning. I also get along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy a canine sibling to share my days with. However, I must be the only cat in the house, as cats are not my cup of tea.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives, and I have been spayed.

Training & Support

I'm working on my house and crate training, and it's going well. I'll need a little patience as I adjust to a new environment, and I'm eager to continue my obedience training. With treats and consistent guidance, I'm sure to catch on quickly!

I am currently being fostered in Tennessee, near Nashville. I am available for transport to the East Coast, and a transport fee will apply.
