Gracie is a sweet, silly, smart, and affectionate 7-month-old, 22-pound white Shepherd mix with plenty of playful puppy energy. She loves exploring, playing, and staying close to her people, and enjoys curling up beside them for cuddles.
Ideal Home
Gracie would thrive in an active home with the time and energy to keep up with a growing puppy. She enjoys meeting other dogs and would love a friendly canine companion, though one is not required. She has done well around children, including an 18-month-old.
She is curious, playful, affectionate, and very smart. She has shown no resource-guarding concerns and is comfortable navigating stairs.
Ongoing Health
Gracie is spayed, vaccinated, and up to date on her preventative medications. Car rides are still a work in progress because she gets carsick, though she may outgrow this with time.
Training & Support
Gracie is not fully leash trained and will need consistency and patience. She is puppy-pad trained and is still learning to feel comfortable pottying outside on grass.
She sleeps wonderfully in her crate overnight and can be crated for about 4–5 hours during the day. Because she is teething and enjoys getting into things, she should be safely crated whenever she is left alone. She is not suited to a home where she would be crated for a full 8-hour workday.
