Meet Rocky! This handsome 2-year-old boy has had a tough start, found abandoned in the Texas heat, left in a cage on an apartment balcony with little company or understanding of the world. Despite his past, Rocky's heart is incredibly full of love! He's discovered the joy of living freely at the sanctuary, relishing pack life, outdoor adventures, and all the attention he can get. He greets everyone with enthusiasm, trust, and a hopeful spirit. It's a mystery why this loving dog keeps getting overlooked, but he's ready and deserving of a loving home. Rocky is still hopeful his person is out there, someone who will choose him and give him the permanent, loving home he's always dreamed of.
