Ongoing Health

All dogs adopted through Wags receive essential veterinary care before adoption, including being spayed or neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed. Adopters can feel confident knowing their new companion has received this care.

Training & Support

Unless specifically stated in the dog’s bio, assume potty training is still in progress. Many rescue dogs come from difficult backgrounds and may need patience, consistency, and training in their new home.

Transportation

Ruby is currently fostered in Adair County, KY. Transport is available for approved adopters to Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania, after application approval, deposit payment, and signing a transport agreement.
