Rush

Rush lived a happy life with his family from a young age until circumstances changed, leading him to a new chapter. He found himself in a basement apartment, missing the world he knew. Now, Rush is ready for a fresh start and a loving home where he can thrive! He's a healthy boy who enjoys his walks and is a good leash walker. While he might be a little reserved when meeting new people, he shows no signs of aggression. Rush has a history of living successfully with children and may do well with a female dog if introduced carefully. However, he has a strong prey drive for cats and would be happiest in a feline-free environment. He's house-trained and, with a little reassurance, enjoys car rides. Rush is not suited for livestock guardian duties.

Ideal Home

Rush needs a securely fenced yard, and a four-foot fence will not be sufficient to keep him safe. He should not live in a home with cats.

Rush is a healthy boy.

Training & Support

Rush is house-trained and walks well on a leash. He can be a little apprehensive meeting new people, but with reassurance, he can ride well in a car.
