Just like her namesake, Janis Joplin isn't afraid to make herself heard! This sweet, soulful 10-week-old hound mix has been stealing hearts since she arrived in rescue as a tiny one-week-old bottle baby after losing her mama. Raised by loving foster hands, Janis has grown into a happy, confident puppy who is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for.
Janis is the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and cuddle-bug sweetness. She absolutely loves being outside, running around the yard, exploring the world, and soaking up all the sights and smells. When playtime is over, you'll often find her curled up on her favorite daytime nap spot—the couch! Ear rubs, belly rubs, stuffed animals, and chew toys are at the top of her list of favorite things.
This social butterfly adores being around people and other animals. She gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and everyone she meets. In fact, Janis thrives on companionship and would love a home with another playful dog or an active family who can include her in their daily adventures.

Training & Support
Like any growing puppy, Janis is still learning. She's making great progress with potty training, uses potty pads overnight in her crate, and proudly hasn't had a nighttime poop accident in over a week! She sleeps through the night from 9 PM to 6 AM like a champ. She's also still working on puppy manners and can be a little mouthy at times.
