Paisley Love is a 3-year-old, 67-pound pittie mix who absolutely adores belly rubs and cuddle time. She's incredibly friendly and will greet any guest warmly, quickly making them feel like an old friend with her affectionate nature and tendency to lean in close. Paisley is happy to be your constant companion, whether you're relaxing on the couch or out and about. She's eager to please, responsive to commands, and walks nicely on leash, though she can get a bit wiggly when excited by other dogs. When meeting other dogs, Paisley is polite and may initiate play with some bouncing and pawing. She does best with calm, confident dogs who don't mind her initial enthusiasm, and she's perfectly content to be your one and only furry friend. Paisley is a true couch potato at heart and would be happy in a home with or without a yard, as long as she gets plenty of snuggles. A family with older children would be ideal, as she can't quite keep up with the boundless energy of little ones. She's affectionate, gorgeous, and devoted – the perfect bestie!

Ongoing Health
Paisley is a rescue and her breed and exact birthday are not guaranteed. All vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, has been completed. She has also been heartworm tested.
Training & Support
Paisley has the basics of leash walking down and is responsive to commands and gentle corrections. While she may get a little wiggly when passing other dogs, she checks in with her person and settles with guidance.

Transporation
Paisley is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
