Meet Meka, your gentle and loving best friend! Meka is a sweet hound-mastiff mix who is just shy of 5 years old. He has a heart full of love and is always ready to brighten your day. Meka is incredibly friendly, always eager to meet new people and spread happiness. He is food-motivated and eager to please, making him a great candidate for fun training sessions and tasty rewards. Meka would love to find a forever home where he can shower his humans with affection. While he would be overjoyed to be adopted with his sister, Kalena, his biggest wish is simply to find a loving place to call his own.

Meka would love to be adopted with his sister, Kalena, but it's not required.

All necessary vetting is included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

Meka is food-motivated and eager to please, which will make training enjoyable. He has been socialized through playgroups and one-on-one bonding, and has been working on leash training and basic commands. As with any rescue, continued training and patience will help him thrive.

Transporation

Meka is currently in Angleton, TX. He can be transported to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, WA, & OH. Transport is available via comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff to ensure the animals' well-being during the journey.
