Well... I guess the adoption market made a mistake, because I'm back and still waiting for my forever family. At 5 years old, Carnita is a toy-loving, life-loving girl with plenty of personality. Being deaf doesn't slow her down one bit – she's learned to navigate the world her own way and is always ready for her next game, adventure, or squeaky toy mission. She's currently heartworm positive and receiving treatment, but don't let that scare you away. She deserves a family who sees beyond a diagnosis and recognizes the amazing dog underneath. Toys? Yes. Ideal Home

Carnita's ideal home will be cat-free, as cats are definitely not her thing. If you've got a basket of toys and room in your heart, she's all yours!

Carnita is currently heartworm positive and receiving treatment.
