Glover is an 8-year-old, 16 lb gentleman who is a retired tennis ball enthusiast. He is a Miniature Pinscher/Rat Terrier mix, though his breed and age are our best guess. Glover is easy company, settles in quickly, and is content just being part of whatever you're doing. He loves toys and enjoys a good game of fetch, still possessing a playful spark when toys are involved. Glover gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is naturally curious. He handles new people, environments, and situations with an easygoing attitude.
Ideal Home
Glover would thrive in a home with a person nearby, a few toys, and a peaceful place to call his own. He is adaptable enough for apartment living but can thrive in many different types of homes. He prefers to keep all four paws on the ground and makes his own decisions about where he'd like to go. Calm, dog-savvy cats who appreciate a respectful housemate would be acceptable roommates; he is not looking for a wrestling partner or a zoomie buddy.
Ongoing Health
Glover appears to have some age-related changes to his hearing and eyesight, but he seems completely unbothered by it and navigates his surroundings confidently.

Glover is described as incredibly low maintenance. After a little exploring, he is perfectly happy to find a comfortable spot and relax.

Glover is currently being fostered in Texas. Wags facilitates adoptions nationwide using their rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
