Rayo is a sweet, affectionate puppy who was rescued from a heartbreaking situation in Puerto Rico. Despite his rough start, he's now thriving in a foster home in New Jersey and is ready to find his forever family. Rayo loves everyone, including kids, cats, and dogs, and is happiest when he's curled up with his people. He has a goofy, playful personality that's sure to bring smiles to your face. Rayo is house-trained and is still gaining a little weight, growing stronger and more confident each day. He seems genuinely grateful for all the love and care he receives.
