Comet is a handsome 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog / Beagle mix who is ready to find his forever home! He arrived at the Kern County Animal Services shelter on June 25, 2025, and has been patiently waiting for his chance at a happy life. The Companion Animal Protection Society (CAPS) partners with this shelter to help dogs like Comet find loving families. The shelter is often overcrowded, making it a high-risk environment for many animals, so we are eager to find Comet a wonderful place to call his own.
