Milo

Milo is a handsome 3-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix who made an incredible journey to the states all the way from Kuwait! This energetic 80lb boy absolutely thrives on activity. He loves nothing more than long walks, invigorating runs, exciting hikes, or a good game of fetch – and he's a pro on the leash! Milo is seeking an experienced owner who understands the needs of an active dog and can provide him with plenty of opportunities to burn off energy. Once his exercise needs are met, Milo transforms into a calm and relaxed companion, happy to simply unwind at your feet. He's wonderful with children and gets along famously with all other dogs, regardless of their size. While he has shown a slight tendency to bark at tall men due to past fear, this is a minor issue. Milo is exceptionally well-behaved in public places like pet stores and restaurants, calmly settling in around crowds or at tables. He truly is the perfect blend of outdoor enthusiasm and indoor chill!

Ideal Home

Milo needs an experienced owner who can provide him with plenty of physical activity. He is fantastic with children and all other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Milo is a healthy 3-year-old, neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Milo has had a couple of instances of barking at tall men out of fear, which is minor. He is otherwise well-mannered in public.

Transporation

Milo is located in South Carolina and is transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up pet. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
