Roxie

I'm Roxie, a gorgeous 2-3 year old female German Shepherd with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure! My puppies and I were rescued from a tough situation, but now we're healthy, happy, and eager to find our forever families. I love being active – running in the yard, splashing in water buckets, and going on outings. My foster mom is wonderful, and I enjoy relaxing by her side after a day of fun. I'm a friendly, athletic, smart, curious, and energetic girl who dreams of a family that will take me on walks, hikes, runs, and play with me in the yard. I'm also looking forward to zoomie races with another doggo!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for an active person or family who can keep up with my energy and join me on adventures. A home with teenage or adult children would be best. I'm also good with large male dogs, but I'll need to be the only cat in the household.

Ongoing Health

I'm healthy and up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm testing, and monthly preventatives. I have also been spayed.

Training & Support

I'm working on my house and crate training, and while it's going well, patience is key as I'm still learning. I'm eager to learn and highly food motivated – cheese and hot dogs are my favorites, so training sessions should be a breeze! I'm ready to master all the basics like sit, stay, come, down, place, leash walking, and polite greetings.
