Meet Shadow, a fun, playful, and affectionate American Staffordshire Terrier mix who loves toys, walks, car rides, sleeping in bed, and plenty of attention. He enjoys being your devoted companion and can’t wait to meet you!

Ideal Home

Shadow is required to go to a home without children under 12. He has lived successfully with other dogs, but he may bark at them, so a calm, structured home will help him succeed.

Training & Support

Shadow has a history of guarding high-value items and is sensitive to restraint or handling. He may grumble or vocalize when uncomfortable, so he needs patient people who respect his boundaries and continue positive training. He pulls hard on leash and needs continued leash work; a front-clip harness or similar equipment may help. He may also be vocal when seeking attention.
